Matt, here's a tip for ya. My sister put "cracked heel cream" from Bath and Body Works on her Christmas list. I had never heard of such a thing, but it does in fact exist, and she loves it. (As a consequence, I am now addicted to Bath and Body Works stuff. Thanks, sis.) If you wanna make Amy feel better, go into the girlie store and get some of this stuff.

Thanks for the 411 Shelly...I'll have to try that. Hope I get it bought before she reads this

Amy, try Sally Hansen's Crack Creme. My wife swears by it. She found an article about it in People, I think. ;) Charles

Pet peeves? Well, since you asked...
How about when you have, say, Google set as your homepage. You open a new window and start typing a URL into the URL-bar, say "tenwithtom.com". Meanwhile, halfway through writing your URL, the Google page finishes loading and suddenly your cursor/prompt thing gets shifted from the URL-bar to the Google searh-bar, so you have "tenwi" up in the URL bar and "thtom.com" down in the Google search bar. Ah! I could slap someone! Anybody know what I'ma talkin' 'bout?

I totally see where Amy's coming from (as usual) -- this time about public restrooms. Here is a sign that I (really) posted the first day of college last week on the inside of the men's room door on the floor I work on:

I am always astonished when I notice the things we have in common with y'all. This time it was one parent staying home. And the stuff about the other parent coming home to cranky kid and cranky parent. :P Our oldest is in first grade, but it's her third year of going to school (including pre-K) -- on the other hand she just started taking the bus so we had that big step too.

Sadly we have nobody anal about cleaning here, though. And it shows.
